Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 5 days following receipt of your package to notify us by email and obtain a confirmation number for the return.

You will be refunded the price of the items and their taxes, but we do not refund the shipping costs or the taxes applied to them.

The refund will be made to the same payment method that was used for your order.

Here are the steps to follow for a return:

Send an email to info@boutiqueluxunik.ca specifying which item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return within 5 days of receiving your package.
A confirmation number and address will be emailed to you.
You then have 5 days to return the items by post.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return postage.
Labels must remain on the items
Repack everything carefully so that it does not get damaged, you can use the original package.
Returned products must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, damaged or washed and must have all its parts.
Your refund will be processed between 1 and 7 days after receipt of the return if the deadlines and conditions have been met.
